1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via my online shop "Tugce Ustaoglu Art".

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include shipping costs, which are displayed during the checkout process.
Pursuant to Section § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card).
6. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Information
Worldwide shipping is available via DHL or another reliable provider. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes:
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Longer delivery times (up to 4 weeks) may occur depending on local customs and postal services.
As an independent artist, I create unique, handcrafted artworks with a strong focus on sustainability, quality, and transparency. Some products are made using print-on-demand production, which means delivery may take longer.
Please note: Processing and shipping may take longer due to product type or Business travel schedule. Thank you for your patience!
7. Right of Withdrawal
As my products are made to order based on individual customer specifications (e.g. art prints, textiles with chosen designs), the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
Production begins only after the order is placed, and therefore cancellation or return is not possible.
8. Warranty
All items are carefully packaged and shipped via insured delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please report the damage immediately to the carrier and notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a solution. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping provider.
9. Copyright
All designs and motifs are protected by my copyright. Any reproduction, use, or distribution without express permission is not permitted.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Right of Withdrawal
As all products (e.g. canvases, posters, or textiles with custom designs) are produced individually based on your order, the right of withdrawal is excluded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
By placing your order, you expressly agree that I may begin fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
